Registration in Switzerland
Avadis Vermögensbildung SICAV is authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and offers collective investment schemes to non-qualified investors in Switzerland.
Sales restrictions
Excluded from investment in the Avadis Vermögensbildung SICAV are “US Persons” (single, dual or multiple citizenship, substantial presence in the USA (“Substantial Presence Test”), Green Card holders, etc.). Persons subject to taxation abroad are also excluded. In the event of a transfer of residence abroad, all unit certificates must be sold.
Return on investment
